Prof. Caiwen Ma received his PhD from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2005 and is currently a researcher at the Xi’an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the chairman of the Shaanxi Optical Society, the executive director of the Chinese Optical Society, and a standing committee member of the Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology. He won the second prize for the “Interferometric Imaging Spectrometer of the Chang’e-1 Lunar Exploration Satellite” in 2010 and second prize for the “Low Orbit Space Target Tracking and Imaging System Based on a Space
Turntable” in 2014. His research interests include photoelectric measurement and control precision tracking measurement technology and photoelectric system intelligent measurement and control technology.
Dr. Meilin Xie received his B.S. degree in control engineering from Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou, China, in 2011, an M.S. degree in control engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2014, and a Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from the Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics (XIOPM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Xi’an, China, in 2020. He is currently an Associate Researcher and a master Supervisor with XIOPM, CAS. He is also the Deputy Director of the Photoelectric Tracking and Measurement Technology Research Laboratory, XIOPM, CAS. His research interests include photoelectric tracking control and remote sensing image processing.
