Xiaoxiang Guan, MD, Ph.D., is a Professor working at the Department of Oncology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. He has rich clinical experience in early diagnosis and treatment of common tumors and specializes in chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and other integrated and individualized precision treatments for breast cancer, lung cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies and other common tumors. Currently, he is the deputy director of the Breast Cancer Specialized Committee of the Precision Therapy Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctors’ Association (CMA), a member of the Breast Cancer Specialized Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA), a member of the Specialized Committee on Multiple and Unidentified Tumors of Undetermined Origin of CACA, a member of the Clinical Research Committee on Tumor Drugs of the CACA, and a member of the Board of Trustees of CSCO. He has been awarded the honorary titles of “Key Talents in Medicine”, “333 Talents” and “Top Ten Young Stars of Science and Technology” in Jiangsu Province. He received the second prize of the Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education in 2010, the Young Science Award of Jiangsu Province, the European Society of Breast Cancer Specialists (EUSOMA) Research Scholar Award and the American Cancer Society (ACS) Research Scholar Award.
