Taiane Pereira dos Reis was born in Turvo, Santa Catarina, Brazil. She obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade SATC in 2016 and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2019. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering in the area of Electromagnetism and Electromagnetic Devices. She is part of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineering Group-GEMCO. Her research interests include distribution networks, lightning strikes, power quality and protection.
