Xiao-Jiang Li is a Professor at the Guangdong–HongKong–Macau Institute of CNS Regeneration (GHMICR), Jinan University and the Director of the Guangdong Key Laboratory of Non-Human Primate Model Research. He earned his Ph.D. at the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1991 and was a postdoc at the Johns Hopkins University. He joined the Department of Human Genetics, Emory University
School of Medicine in 1996 and was promoted to Full Professor in 2005. In 2019, he joined Jinan University. He is dedicated to the study of early neurological development, aging, and neurodegenerative diseases.
Li Lin is an Associate Professor at the Guangdong–HongKong–Macau Institute of CNS Regeneration (GHMICR), Jinan University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Ph.D. in Biochemistry
and Molecular Biology at the China Agricultural University in 2002 and 2007, respectively. She finished her postdoctoral research at the Department of Human Genetics, EMORY University School of Medicine (2007–2015) and at the Department of Environmental Health, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Harvard University (2015–2016). She joined Jinan University in 2016 and her main research interest is epigenetics.
