Dr. Giovanni Misseri is a consultant anesthesiologist and intensivist at the Fondazione Istituto "G. Giglio" Cefalù hospital. He graduated from the University of Palermo in Anesthesia, Resuscitation, Intensive Care, and Pain Therapy in 2019.
Dr. Luciano
Frassanito is a Medical Director of Anesthesia in
Obstetrics, Gynecology and Pain Therapy 2 at the Department of Emergency, Anesthesiological
and Reanimation Sciences, IRCCS Fondazione Policlinico Agostino Gemelli.
His research interests include anesthesiology, feneral anesthesia, anesthetics,
and regional anesthesia.
Dr. Tommaso Rosà is a Resident at the Department of Emergency, Intensive Care Medicine and Anesthesia, Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS (Roma, Italy), and also worked at the Istituto di Anestesiologia e Rianimazione, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. His research interests include mechanical ventilation, respiratory physiology, critical care medicine, and noninvasive ventilation.
Dr. Domenico Luca Grieco is a physician at the Department of Emergency, Intensive Care Medicine and Anesthesia, Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS. He was a Fellow at the Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli from 2018–2019 and a Research Associate at St. Michael's Hospital, University of Toronto from 2016–2017. His research interests include critical care medicine, mechanical ventilation, adult respiratory distress syndrome, ventilation, respiratory physiology.
Prof. Dr. Edoardo
De Robertis is Full Professor at the Division
of Anesthesia, Analgesia, and Intensive Care, Department of Medicine and
Surgery, Hospital S. Maria della Misericordia, University of Perugia. In 2000, he
earned a Ph.D. with a thesis on “Tools for protective lung ventilation—The elastic
pressure-volume curve and aspiration of dead space” at the Department of
Clinical Physiology, Lund University. He is President of the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC).
Dr. Cesare Gregoretti is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Dept Di. Chir. Ons Policlinico P. Giaccone at the University of Palermo, Italy. He was a Director of the Master's Degree in Palliative Care at the University of Palermo from 2016–2017 and a specialist in anesthesia and resuscitation at the CTO-MA Torino.
