Dr. Abhay Singh earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
(MBBS) at Government Medical College, Amritsar, India. He has conducted
clinical research at Yale Cancer Center and Yale School of Public
Health. During his residency, he was awarded the James Jekel
Preventative Medicine Award (2018), an award recognizing outstanding
residents in the field of preventative medicine. He also earned
awards from the American College of Physicians, recognizing his research
efforts for Best Research Abstract in the state of Connecticut (2017)
and Young Achievers Recognition (2018). Later, he continued his
hematology and oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (RPCCC). During his time as a fellow, his research garnered several accolades, namely the Conquer Cancer Foundation-Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc. Endowed Merit Award (2020) and the American
Society of Hematology Abstract Achievement Award (2020). In 2021, he received the Best Resident and Fellow Research Award at RPCCC. To build upon these accomplishments, pursue his goals, and with a hope to positively influence the outcomes of patients with myeloid malignancies, he has joined the Cleveland Clinic as a faculty member within the leukemia and myeloid diseases program. His research
is funded through prestigious awards such as the Robert A. Winn Diversity in Clinical Trials Award, the NANETS clinical investigator scholarship, and the Cleveland Clinic VeloSano awards.
