Fengjiang Qin is an Associate Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, Chongqing University. He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. at the Chang’an University in 2007, 2010, and 2015, respectively. He is also a member of the New Materials and Structures Academic Committee of The Architectural Society of China and a member of the Engineering Diagnosis and Operation and Maintenance Branch of The Architectural Society of China. He won the First Prize of the 2022 Science and Technology Award of the China Highway Construction Association. His research interests include steel–concrete composite bridges; high-performance materials (ECC, UHPC, high-strength steel) combined structures; and bridge
reinforcement.
