Yuan Cao received a BS degree from Nanjing University,
Nanjing, China, in 2008, an ME degree from the Hong Kong University of Science
and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2010, and a PhD degree from Nanyang
Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2015. He worked with Advantest,
Tokyo, Japan, from 2015 to 2017 and as a Research Fellow with NTU from 2017 to
2018. He is currently a Full Professor at the College of IoT, Hohai University,
Changzhou, China. He was a Visiting Professor at Hamad Bin Khalifa University,
Ar-Rayyan, Qatar, in December 2019. He has edited one IET Materials, Circuits,
and Devices book series 66 entitled “Frontiers in Hardware Security and Trust,”
and has more than 60 peer-reviewed conference and journal publications. His
research interests include TRNG, PUF, PQC, and analog/mixed-signal VLSI
designs. He has served as an Organizing/Technical Committee Member in various
IEEE conferences, such as AsianHOST, ASHES, DSP, and CTC. Two of his papers
have been selected as the finalists of the Best Paper Award for AsianHOST’2017
and AsianHOST’2019.
Zhao Huang is a PhD at the School of Computer Science and
Technology, Xidian University. He received a BS degree from the College of
Computer Science and Technology, Shandong University of Technology, Zibo,
China, in 2012, and an MS degree and PhD degree from the School of Computer Science and
Technology, Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2015 and 2020. His current research
interests include hardware security, hardware Trojan detection, physically
unclonable function (PUF), secure architecture, and bus security. He has been a
Student Member of China Computer Federation (CCF) since 2016.
