Takuro Nakagawa is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Science, Osaka University, Japan. He completed his B.Sc. (1993) in Biology, M.Sc. (1995) in Molecular Genetics, and Ph.D. (1998) in Molecular Genetics at the same university. Then he went to the University of California San Diego (UCSD) as a Postdoc in 1998. He became an Assistant Professor (2000) and then an Associate Professor (2011) at the Department of Biological Sciences, Graduate School of Science, Osaka University, Japan.
