Dr. Danielle Fayad is a clinical fellow at the Division of Infectious Diseases at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. Dr. Fayad earned her MD at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and completed an Internship at SUNY Upstate, Syracuse, New York, United States, followed by a Residency at Children's Hospital of Richmond at VCU, Richmond, Virginia.
Robert W Frenck Jr currently works at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH, USA. He received his B.Sc. from the University of California at San Diego, San Diego, CA, USA in 1977 and his Ph.D. from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Houston, TX USA in 1981. The research that he is most interested in is developing vaccines to prevent infections. He pursues the area of pediatric patient care because infections are still the leading cause of death among children worldwide. He believes that finding methods to reduce infections among children will greatly enhance children’s lives and help them grow up into healthy, happy adults.
