Jose-Angel Perez-Rivera, MD, PhD, has been working as the coordinator of the Clinical Cardiology and Heart Failure Departments at the Hospital Universitario of Burgos, Spain, since 2014. He studied medicine at the University of Salamanca (Spain) and has published 20 articles in indexed scientific journals. He is focused on biomarkers and clinical and biologic aging and collaborates on these topics with the Department of Health Science of the University of Burgos, Spain.
