Camelia Munteanu is a Faculty Lecturer at the Department of Plant Culture, Biology Section, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She received her Ph.D. at Babeş-Bolyai University in 2018. Her areas of interest include immunobiology, human genetics, human anatomy and hygiene, clinical analysis and testing, and modern laboratory techniques.
Betty Schwartz is a Professor at the Institute of Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. She received a B.Sc. in Chemistry, a B.Sc. in Biology, an M.Sc. (with distinction) in Biology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Biochemistry from Ben–Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. Her research keywords include the relationship between nutrition and gastrointestinal health, metabolic diseases, and cancer.
