Sigita Lesinskienė graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine In 1986, where she became a professor in 2016. She became a doctor of the Child Development Center of Santaras Clinics of Vilnius University Hospital in 2001, and she has also worked at the Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Center since 2000 and Mental Health Clinic since 2007. Since 2017, she has become head of the Psychiatry Clinic, Institute of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Vilnius University. She is president of the Lithuanian Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists (2008–12). She is a member of the Council of the World Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Allied Specialties (IACAPAP) (2010-18) and regional coordinator for Eastern European countries (vice-president 2014-18). Her most important areas of scientific work are children's mental disorders treatment and epidemiology, autism, self-harm, art therapy, and children's mental health. She is the author of many scientific articles and methodological recommendations.
Dr. Emilijus Žilinskas currently serves as a resident doctor in Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, Vilnius University, Vilnius, Lithuania. He is also a senior specialist of the Disability and Working Capacity Assessment Office. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the Vilnius University in 2023.
Algirdas Utkus is the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University, the Head of the Department of Human and Medical Genetics, the Chair of the Lithuanian Society of Human Genetics and of the Vilnius Medical Society, and a member of the Education Committee of the European Society of Human Genetics. Since 2017, he has been a member of the National Health Council of the Republic of Lithuania and a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Medical Schools in Europe. Since 2012, he has been a member of the editorial boards of the journals Laboratorinė medicina (Laboratory Medicine) and Sveikatos mokslai (Health Sciences). At the end of 2016, Algirdas Utkus won the City of Vilnius St. Christopher statuette for promoting Vilnius with his scientific work.
Odeta Kinčinienė graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine, specialty studies in pediatrics, in 1993. She completed a pedicatric residency and obtained the specialty of a pediatrician in 1996. She completed a residency in pediatric cardiology and obtained the specialty of pediatric cardiologist in 1998. She defended her medical doctor's thesis externally in 2010. She worked as a pediatrician at Vilnius City University Hospital from 1997 to 1999 and as a pediatric cardiologist from 2003 to 2018. She has been the Chief of the Children's Hospital since 2018. She is the co-author of two volumes of the textbook "Children's Diseases", editor-compiler and co-author of the revised edition I and II of the training books "Pediatrics Practice Guide", co-author of the textbook "Child Care" (ed. A.Vingras), and author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications. She has read more than 40 scientific reports at international and Lithuanian scientific medical conferences. She was a member of the organizing committee of more than 30 scientific-practical medical conferences and chairperson of 16 conferences.
