Hanwool Jeong received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Republic of Korea in 2012 and 2017, respectively. From 2017 to 2019, he worked with the Foundry Division, Samsung Electronics Company Ltd., Hwaseong, Republic of Korea, where he was involved with the circuit design and verification of a 4 nm/5 nm memory compiler. Since 2019, he has been a Professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Kwangwoon University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. His current research interests include memory circuit design, low-voltage/low-power digital logic, and neuromorphic/machine-learning circuit design. He has 45 paper publications with 397 citations (Scopus, 23 October 2023) in these areas. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
