Huayao Li is an Associate Professor at the School of
Integrated Circuits, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received
his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in material science from the Huazhong University of
Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in June 2006 and June 2013,
respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Korea University from
March 2016 to June 2018. His research interests include gas sensors and photo-electrical
properties of metal oxide semiconductors.
Huan Liu is currently a professor in the School of integrated Circuits at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
She received her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics and solid-state
electronics from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan,
China, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. From 2009 to 2011, she was a
Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering,
University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada. Her research interests include nanostructured functional materials and gas sensors.
