Anca Zanfirescu obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in 2008. Then, she received a diploma of specialized studies at the Pharmaceutical Laboratory, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in 2013. At the same time, she graduated with a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Faculty of Biology, University of Bucharest. In 2014, she obtained a Doctor's of Pharmacy from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila”. Since 2014, she has been working at the Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” (Teaching Assistant, 2009-2014; Lecturer, 2014-2019; Associate Professor, 2019-Present). Her research interests include Clinical Pharmacology, biochemical pharmacology, neuropharmacology, psychopharmacology, addiction, drug effects, ADME, animal experimentation, and clinical trials.
