Xiaoxia Xiong has been a Lecturer at the School of Automotive and Traffic Engineering, Jiangsu University, since 2019. She received her Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering from Southeast University from 2005 to 2009 and Master's degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2012, and her Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Jiangsu University from 2015 to 2018. She was a Teaching Assistant at the School of Transportation, Ningbo University of Technology, from 2014 to 2015 and a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Transport Planning, Delft University of Technology, in 2018. Her research interests include road traffic safety and management, vehicle active safety technology, machine learning, and data mining.
