Shuquan Zhao is an Assistant Professor at
Sun Yat-sen University, which he joined in March 2023. He holds a bachelor’s
degree in Forensic Science from Hebei Medical University (2014)
and a Ph.D. in Forensic Science from Huazhong University of Science
and Technology (2022). His research is on the mechanism of
hypoglycemia brain injury and toxicological studies of new psychoactive drugs.
