Dr. Giacomo Toneatto graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of Udine in 2010 and obtained his specialization in ophthalmology in 2016 from the same University. He has been an ophthalmologist of the Ophthalmology Department at the University Hospital of Udine since 2016. His fields of interest include medical retina, cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, retinal surgery and ophthalmoplastic surgery. He has performed numerous surgeries of the anterior and posterior segment as well as the eyelid region, including cataract, glaucoma, trauma, macular pathologies of surgical interest, retinal detachment, eyelid malpositions and tumors. He is an author and co-author of several publications and invited speaker in national conferences.
