Kirill A. Lozovoy, Ph.D., is an associate professor at the Department of Quantum Electronics and Photonics, Faculty of Radiophysics, National Research Tomsk State University. He completed his studies at the Tomsk State University. His scientific production includes about 50 articles in national and international journals.
