Saito Takashi is a Researcher at the Department of Social Rehabilitation, National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities (2021). He received his B.S. degree in Physical Therapy at Yamagata Prefectural University of Health Sciences in 2004. Then he earned his M.S. and Ph.D. both in Gerontology at the Graduate School of Gerontology, Oberlin University in 2016. Subsequently, he worked as a Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Physical Therapist) in West New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea (2018-2020).
