Iwona Konopka is a Professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn/Poland, Faculty of Food Science. She has 75 publications with 1377 citations (ResearchGate, 10 November). Her Skills and Expertise include mostly Food Technology, Plant Antioxidants, Plants Phytochemicals, Extraction of Plant Oils, Plant Biotechnology, Baking Properties of Wheat Flour, Fermented Plant Beverages, Food Sources of Odd-chain-, Branched- and Cyclic Food Fatty Acids.
Dr. Małgorzata Tańska is an Associate Professor at the Department of Plants Materials Processing and Chemistry, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Her teaching disciplines include Food Science & Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition & Dietetics, Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Plant Sciences. Dr. Grzegorz Dąbrowski is an Assistant Professor and the Chair of Plant Food Chemistry and Processing, Faculty of Food Sciences, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Olsztyn, Poland. He is a member of the Polish Society of Food Technologists. His research interests include chromatography, fatty acids, phytochemicals, polyphenols, bioactive compounds, vegetable oils, extraction techniques and cereal products.
Dr. Dorota Ogrodowska is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Food Science and the Chair of Plant Raw Material Processing and Chemistry at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She devoted herself to the study of agricultural science. Her teaching disciplines include food technology and nutrition and her research interests include Bioactivity, Natural Product Chemistry and Extraction. She is a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Branches of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Olsztyn and Bialystok Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Life Sciences Commission.
Dr. Sylwester Czaplicki is an Associate Professor of the Faculty of Food Sciences and the Chair of Food Plant Chemistry and Processing at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. His research interests include Antioxidants, Food Technology, Oxidation, Polyphenols, Food Lipids and Chromatography in Food Analysis. He has an h-index of 19, co-authored 57 publications receiving 1109 citations (Scopus, 8 November 2023).
