Mariusz Z. Gusiatin is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Geoengineering, Institute of Engineering and Environmental Protection, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland. He completed his PhD studies in Soil and Agricultural Science, with a specialization in Biotechnology in Environmental Protection at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn in 2007. He has published 81 papers with 1460 citations and an h-index of 19 (Scopus, October 17, 2023). His research topics mainly include biosurfactants in soil remediation, heavy metals and metalloids, phytoremediation, soil remediation systems, soil science and soil remediation, and waste products in soil remediation.
