Sheng-Yang Wang is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Forestry and Dean of the School of Circular Economy Research, at the National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). He completed his undergraduate to doctoral studies at NCHU, then spent several years at the Center for Agricultural Sciences, Academia Sinica, as a postdoctoral fellow from October 1999 to April 2004, being a Joint Professor at that center since 2007. He joined NCHU in August 2004 and held many different positions there. His academic expertise includes natural chemistry, wood chemistry, natural medicine development, etc.
Shuen-Ei Chen has been a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Animal Science, National Chung Hsing University since 2018. He received his degree from the National Chung Hsing University, master’s degree from Ohio State University, and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. He spent approximately two years at the Department of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, USA, as a postdoctoral researcher from 2004 to 2006. He joined National Chung Hsing University as an assistant professor in 2006 and has since held many different positions there. Additionally, he has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed scientific papers and presented works at many national and international conferences.
