Dhruvi Patel
has done Ph.D. in Chemistry at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of
Technology, Surat, INDIA. Currently, she is Postdoctoral research associate at Cornell
University, New York, USA. Her research focuses on the exploration of
self-assembly and aggregation behavior of block copolymers for targeted
applications. She has published several research articles including book chapters in
reputed tier II journals.
Shin-ichi Yusa is an Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Hyogo. He received Bachelor’s (1993) and Master’s (1995) degrees in polymer chemistry from Osaka University. He received a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Chemistry from Osaka University (2000). He joined Himeji Institute of Technology as an assistant professor in 1997. He became an associate professor at the University of Hyogo (2008). His research interests are in controlled radical polymerization, characterization of water-soluble polymers, synthesis of bioconjugated polymers, drug delivery systems (DDSs), and phosphorylcholine-modified surfaces.
Pratap Bahadur PhD, DSc is an Emeritus
Professor. He has been an Associate Professor (1980–1988) and Professor of
Chemistry (1988–till superannuation in 2014) at Veer Narmad South Gujarat
University Surat India. He worked as a UNESCO fellow in erstwhile
Czechoslovakia, was a visiting scientist in France and Sweden, a Fulbright
scholar in the United States, a DAAD fellow in Germany and a visiting professor
in Canada, France, Japan, Taiwan and China. He has developed his research
career during the last 50 years, paying attention to different problems dealing
with various aspects of Colloid-, Surface- and Polymer science with a
particular focus on self-assembly in solution. This extended career has allowed
the contribution of Professor Bahadur to the formation of different generations
of Ph.D. students and postdocs, which has contributed to the advancement of
studies in surfactant and polymer solutions using a variety of experimental
techniques. Publications > 350, H-index 54, Citations 11,000 (Google
