Pedro Marcos Linardi marcos Linardi is a retired Professor and Professor Emeritus from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He completed his MS studies in Parasitology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1974 and his Ph.D. in Parasitology at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1981. He is also a fellow (1A) of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development and an honorary member of the Brazilian Society of Parasitology. He has experience in the area of Parasitology, with an emphasis on Entomology and Malacology of Parasites and Vectors. He has published 86 papers with 1408 citations and has an h-index of 20 (Scopus, 31 October 2023). His research topics mainly include Tungiasis in domestic animals.
