Thang Phan Nguyen is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Gachon University, Republic of Korea. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering Physics from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Vietnam, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from Chung Ang University, Republic of Korea. His research focuses on the synthesis of nanomaterial morphologies, 2D transitional metal chalcogenides, and halide perovskites for optoelectronic applications such as organic photovoltaic cells, OLEDs, photo/electrocatalysts, and lithium-ion batteries (LIBs).
