Konstantinos Moutzouris is a Professor at the Department of
Electrical & Electronic Engineering, University of West Attica, Egaleo, Greece.
He holds MSc and PhD degrees in Photonics from the University of St Andrews,

of Konstanz, Germany, and ETH-Zurich, Switzerland. His research interests
