Rosita Gabbianelli has been a full-time Professor in Biochemistry at the University of Camerino, Italy since 2017. She was an Associate Professor of Biochemistry from 2010 to 2017. She teaches Molecular Biology and Nutrigenomics at the School of Pharmacy, University of Camerino, Italy. She was a guest Professor of Biochemistry at Jilin Agricultural University, Changchun, China (2015). She was a guest Professor in Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca, Department/Unit of Food Science, CLUJ-Napoca, Romania (2015) and at ISS-ISEP, Porto, Portugal. She has taught nutrigenomics at the University of Pharmacy-Hanoi, Vietnam, Quy Nhon University, Vietnam, and in Pemba, Tanzania (2017). Her research field includes the study of genetic and epigenetic mechanisms associated with the development of neurodegeneration induced by early life exposure to food pesticides and nutrigenomic strategies to counterbalance neuronal damage.
Filippo Maggi is a full-time Professor in Pharmaceutical Biology at the University of Camerino, School of Pharmacy. He teaches Plant Biology, Medicinal Botany, and Phytochemistry on the Master's degree course in Pharmacy and Medicinal Chemistry and Technology. He has also taught a three-year degree program in Edible Plants and Phytonutrients in Gastronomic Sciences. He completed his Ph.D. studies at the University of Dschang, and has been awarded several awards and honors. His interests include liquid chromatography, medicinal plants, chromatography, mass spectrometry, plant biotechnology, antioxidant activity, plant biotechnology, natural product chemistry, extraction, and food chemistry.
Jamal Mahajna is an Associate Professor at the Cancer Drug Discovery Program, Migal, Galilee Research Institute Department of Nutritional Sciences, Tel Hai College, Israel. He completed his Ph.D. studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and has been awarded several awards and honors. His interests include cancer drug resistance.
