Dr. Hassan Naveed was area leader at Kanzo AG, Chiniot, Punjab, Pakistan (2011–2015). He completed his Ph.D. in plant protection at Northwest A&F University, Xianyang, China (2015–2018). After graduation, he worked as a research assistant at the College of Life Sciences, Nankai University (2018–2019). He was an Associate Professor at the College of Life Science, Leshan Normal University (2019–2022). He works at Jiangsu University now.
Prof. Dr. Keping Chen is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Life Sciences at Jiangsu University. He was the project leader of “Study on Mechanism of NPV resistance to Silkworm”, at the National Natural Foundation of China (2004-2006), ‘Molecular markers, locations and cloning of genes of important economic characters in Silkworm”, as part of Jiangsu High-tech Research Projects (2001-2004), and ‘Silkworm germplasm collection, preservation and unitization’, as part of the basic research projects of the Ministry of Science & Technology of China (2000). He won the First Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, Ministry of Agriculture (1999) and the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (2001). He has published over 50 research papers at home and abroad. His interests include silkworm molecular biology, genomics and proteomics, and also diabetes research.
