Mónica del Carmen Meza Mejía earned a BS in Pedagogy (1985) and a PhD in Education (2003) from Universidad Panamericana, México and Universidad de Navarra, Spain. She is now the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs of the School of Pedagogy at Universidad Panamericana. Her work in Education has resulted in more than 20 publications as well as presentations, lectures, courses, and memberships, including the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE), Mexican Society of Comparative Education, and the Chihuahua research network. She is a level I National Researcher at the Consejo Nacional de Humanidades, Ciencias y Tecnologías (CONAHCYT). Her research interests include academic leadership and the management of educational institutions.
Mónica Adriana Villarreal Garcia is the Dean of the School of Education at Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mexico. She completed her PhD studies in Human Development at the Universidad Motolinía del Pedregal (2019). Her work in the field has resulted in more than 5 publications and 30 courses. She is a member of the Network of Women United for Education and also belongs to an interdisciplinary group of feminist studies at Universidad Panamericana. Her research interests include women and leadership, work and family harmonization, and emotional education.
Claudia Fabiola Ortega Barba is the Director of Research at Universidad Panamericana, Campus México. She is a Level I National Researcher in the National System of Researchers (SNII). She earned her Ph.D. in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She completed a postdoctoral program on Curriculum, Discourse, and Research Training with the International Network on Research Teaching (RISEI), of which she is a member. Her work in the field has resulted in more than 20 publications, presentations, lectures, and courses. She belongs to the Mexican Network of Educational Research Researchers (REDMIIE) and the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE). She is also Research Professor Titular B at the Universidad Panamericana. Her research interests include women's leadership, research teaching, and teaching and learning processes.
