Jittimon Wongsa is an assistant professor at the Agricultural Engineering for Industry Department, at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. She received her M.Eng. degree in Food Engineering from the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand, in 2006 and a Ph.D. degree in Bioindustrial Technology from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand, in 2016. Her research interest is in food engineering and processing, particularly extrusion, extraction, drying, functional foods and innovative processing technologies.
