Dr. Zoltán Péterfi is Associate Professor at
the First Department of Internal Medicine, Department of
Infectology/Clinical Center, University of Pécs. He completed his PhD studies in microbiology at
the University of Pécs. He recently led the projects on fecal microbiota transplantation. He has published 153 papers
in various journals which serve as a base for research projects. His teaching disciplines include infectious diseases,
travel medicine, and his interests include microbiome, fecal microbiota transplantation, zoonotic diseases, as well Hepatology..
