code/stabilizer_evaporation.py
Self-contained binary stabilizer simulator and figure-generation program.

code/requirements.txt
    Python package requirements.

code/README.md
    Reproduction instructions.

data/evaporation_raw.csv
    Raw trajectory-level measurements (26,112 rows).

data/evaporation_summary.csv
    Aggregated means and standard errors.

data/transition_summary.csv
Extracted entropy-peak, reference-midpoint, and decoupling transitions.

data/run_metadata.json
Master seed, system sizes, sample counts, and circuit depth.

data/results_macros.tex and data/transition_table.tex
Machine-generated LaTeX values used by the manuscript.

Reproduction
------------
From the extracted supplementary directory, run:

    python code/stabilizer_evaporation.py --output .

The default configuration matches the submitted manuscript:

    n = 12, 16, 20
256 realizations per size and ensemble
6 scrambling layers per evaporation step
    master seed = 20260717

The program regenerates the CSV data, LaTeX macros and table, and PDF/PNG figures.
The calculation contains no private, human-subject, or externally licensed data.
