1. Scope

This package contains the machine-readable numerical data supporting the figures, tables, and quantitative conclusions of the associated manuscript. The study is a numerical case study based on a synthetic double-curvature surface and algorithm-generated results. It does not contain a real component CAD model, measured project-machine data, personal data, proprietary component geometry, or confidential project documentation.

The package is limited to the numerical evidence needed to review the article. MATLAB source files, restart checkpoints, rendered figures, and internal development files are not included.

2. Main case

- Surface radii: Rx = 1200 mm and Ry = 2500 mm.
- Hole layout: 48 holes in a staggered 6 x 8 arrangement.
- Hole depth: 6 mm.
- Approach and retract distance: 20 mm.
- Objectives: non-cutting TCP distance D (mm), cumulative A/C adjustment Theta (deg), and estimated synchronized inter-hole repositioning time T (s).
- Virtual axis speeds: X/Y/Z = 200/200/100 mm/s and A/C = 30/60 deg/s.
- Population size: 92.
- Formal generations: 6000.
- Formal paired runs: 30.
- Random seeds: 20260720 to 20260749.

Reported execution environment:

- MATLAB R2024b (24.2.0.2712019).
- 64-bit Windows 11 Pro 25H2, OS build 26200.8875.
- Intel Core i7-12700 at 2.10 GHz and 16 GB RAM.

3. Supplementary numerical tests

Geometry robustness data cover the reference geometry, a higher-curvature geometry, and a deterministic irregular-hole layout. Speed sensitivity data cover the reference virtual speeds, doubled rotary-axis speeds, and doubled linear-axis speeds. The objective-correlation dataset contains 10,000 random hole sequences evaluated under each speed scenario.

The post hoc sensitivity folder contains the additional analyses added during revision: acceleration-aware time reevaluation, independent cross-fitted IGD+, two-versus-three-objective nondominated-set analysis, preference and compromise-selection sensitivity, a 16-hole inverse-kinematic branch diagnostic, finite C-axis-window checks, and initial/return safe-point sensitivity.

5. Interpretation limits

The time objective T is a repositioning surrogate and is not a complete drilling cycle time. The main optimization uses a constant-speed maximum-component model. The acceleration-aware files provide illustrative stop-to-stop triangular/trapezoidal reevaluation only; they do not represent a specific controller and do not rerun the optimization. The model excludes in-hole feed, dwell, tool changes, chip evacuation, inspection, jerk, controller look-ahead, and machine-specific RTCP/interpolation effects.

The branch, C-axis-window, and safe-point analyses are post hoc diagnostics under the stated nominal kinematic model. They do not replace solid-body collision verification, machine-specific post-processing, CNC simulation, dry runs, or experiments.
