For crack growth simulation
-Open Marc Mentat
-Select the current directory to be .../Hybrid_Approach_To_Planetary_Gearbox_Prognostics/models/fem/run_dir
(*change_directory "repos\Hybrid_Approach_To_Planetary_Gearbox_Prognostics\models\fem\run_dir")
-Run the command *define run_file "specific_run.json" (where "specific_run.json" lists the parameters for a simulation). Note use of *.
- See the load_run_file functions in the src/data/make_fem_data/pymentat/Run_TVMS.py for units of variables provided in the .json input
-Run the command *py_file_run ../../../src/data/make_fem_data/pymentat/Run_Crack.py to run the simulation for the parameters specified
