The paper continues a series of works on proving the existence of solutions of fractional differential equations and inclusions with anti-periodical boundary conditions moving forward from Riesz-Caputo and psi-Caputo derivatives to the fractional inclusions with newly introduced psi-Riesz-Caputo derivative.

The main novelty of the paper is a presentation and usage of a new definition of fractional derivative, namely the psi-Riesz-Caputo derivative.

The conditions of the existence of solutions are obtained using fixed point theorems within the general approach used previously for other similar problems, particularly, in the works cited in the reviewed paper.

The paper is well written and presents new valuable results. However, Introduction structure can be improved rearranging paragraphs to make it more logical. At least, from my point of view, a paragraph with general considerations about fractional calculus (starting from the line 31) will look more appropriate at the beginning of the Introduction.

Please expand the abstract section. In line 12 you wrote: "By means of some standard fixed point theorems..." What theorems did you mean?

In the introduction section, provide more background about the problem you are considering.

Please expand the application section. Add more examples and compare with others.

Please add the conclusion section.

Also, I found the following errors:

Formulas in definition 1 are Caputo fractional derivate but not integral;

In definition 3 there is an error in the word «fractional».
