Abstract
:1. Introduction
2. Materials and Methods
- Definition of search criteria: Keywords such as “rural development”, “regeneration”, and “regenerative” were established.
- Search equation: The following search equation was defined: [“rural development” AND (regeneration OR regenerative)] OR “regenerative rural development”.
- Databases: The Web of Science and Scopus databases were selected.
- Time period: The time periods were established according to the year the first article containing the keywords was published. For Web of Science, the time range was 2002–2023, and for Scopus, it was 1983–2023.
- Refinement of search criteria: Articles related to fields such as medicine, biochemistry, computer science, and energy were excluded.
- Number of articles collected: A total of 102 articles from “Web of Science Core Collection” and 126 from Scopus were collected.
