A Genetic Algorithm Model

The GeneticAlgoritmModel.jar is the compiled ready-to-run file archived in the Supplementary Materials of the paper:

"Monte Carlo Simulation on Adiabatic Ensembles and a Genetic Algorithm",

as part of Section 4, where the user can read the full description of the model.

The program was developed by Fernando M.S.Silva Fernandes using version 6.02 of the Java modeling tool of the Easy Java Simulations (EJS) availabe at https://www.um.es/fem/Ejs/ .

To examine and eventually modify the model, run the model's jar file. Right-click within the running program and select "Open EJS Model" from the pop-up menu to copy the source GeneticAlgoritthmModel.ejs into EJS. You must, of course, have EJS modeling tool installed on your computer.
