The Global Day against Pain, celebrated every year on the third Monday of October, is supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), which considers that the “treatment of pain and palliative care form an integral part of the right to enjoy good health”.

To further explore the related research on the 2023 Global Day against Pain, the Journal of Clinical Medicine (JCM, ISSN: 2077-0383) has gathered open access academic articles on the topic of pain. We hope to share new scientific knowledge in this field with the world on this special day.
