Dear Colleagues,
Antibody purification is an essential technique for most drug discovery programs in addition to many academic research projects. This Special Issue will cover the basic principles of monoclonal antibody (mAb) generation from multiple expression systems including mammalian cells and yeast. It will focus on strategies for increasing throughput at various scales, which is often critical during therapeutic antibody campaigns. The Special Issue will also describe techniques to purify modified antibody formats such as bispecific antibodies, monovalent Fc-fusions, and conjugates which often require several polishing steps. Additionally, the Special Issue will address the preparation of samples for in vivo experiments, such as novel endotoxin removal strategies.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Antibodies is an international peer-reviewed open access quarterly journal published by MDPI.
