Sensors are vital components of smart manufacturing, artificial Intelligence, Cyber–Physical System (CPS) and Internet of Things (IoT) for industry 4.0. For more advanced creations, biologists, engineers, physicists and chemists are all endeavoring to provide innovative technical sensors. This year, 2018, the well-known journal, Sensors, is going to hold the international conference in Kenting, which is located in the south of Taiwan—taking place in Asia for the first time. I3S embraces all professionals from industry, academia and government to discuss the latest developments and breakthroughs of sensor technology and related subjects. During the conference, attendees, from a range of research areas, will all gather together to share different aspects and establish new mutually beneficial collaborations across different fields.
We sincerely look forward to your participation in I3S2018.
4th Annual International Conference on Sensors and Electronic Instrumentation Advances (SEIA' 2018), Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 19-21 September 2018.
The 4th Annual International Conference on Sensors and Electronic Instrumentation Advances (SEIA' 2018) is a forum for presentation, discussion, and exchange of information and latest research and development results in both theoretical and
experimental research in sensors, transducers and their related fields. It brings together researchers, developers, and practitioners from diverse fields including international scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes, and
companies to present and discuss the latest results in the field of sensors and measurements. After successful events in 2015 (Dubai, UAE), 2016 (Barcelona, Spain) and 2017 (Moscow, Russia), the SEIA' 2018 will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 19-21 September 2018.
The SEIA conference is focusing any significant breakthrough and innovation in Sensors, Electronics, Measuring Instrumentation and Transducers Engineering Advances and its applications with broadest concept. The conference is organized by the International Frequency Sensor Association (IFSA) and Asian Society of Applied Mathematics and Engineering (ASAME).

The 2018 IEEE 13th Nano Materials & Devices Conference (NMDC 2018) will be held in Portland, Oregon, USA on 14-17 October, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Downtown hotel. NMDC is an annual conference sponsored by the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC). NMDC aims to develop critical assessment of existing work and future directions in nanotechnology research including nanomaterials and fabrications, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, devices, and integration. This conference will bring together key researchers from every sector in the nanotechnology research field, with a special focus on materials and devices. This year, NMDC 2018 is soliciting papers and sessions on Materials and Devices for heterogeneous nano/biomedical systems in these areas:
We sincerely look forward to your participation in NMDC2018!
The scientific and international N.I.C.E. (Nature Inspires Chemistry Engineers) Conferences are organized with the objective to share new developments in the growing field of bioinspired chemistry and materials and to understand new challenges that are being faced in this field of research. The NICE conference encompasses chemistry, biology and physics and gives a multi-disciplinary overview of biomimetic approaches to engineering new materials and systems.
Amongst the topics discussed at the conference: green chemistry, nanomaterials, renewable energy, stimuli-responsive materials, adhesive/anti-adhesive materials, functional polymers, biobased chemistry and materials. These topics are grouped in three main sessions: SmartTech, NanoTech and BioTech.
The conference takes place every two years in Nice (France) and gathers together researchers, managers, manufacturer and decision-makers with different backgrounds. The conference promotes, the exchange of ideas, open discussion of current research problems and the development of new ideas and collaborations aimed at finding eco-friendly, green, sustainable solutions to materials challenges that will have a lasting impact for generations.
Nanomaterials - preparation, properties, characterization. Applications of nanotechnologies in industry, environment, medicine and biotechnology. The influence of nanomaterials to environment, health; metrology and standardization of nanomaterials. The topic nanomaterials for medicine will be accentuated in the X. NANOCON conference. The conference will be opened by the plenary session with the appearance of significant speakers focused on research and applications of nanomaterials. Conference abstracts will be accepted into five theme sessions.
Highly ranked keynote and invited speakers already confirmed their attendance. Plenary lecture will be given by Prof. Dr. Paras N. Prasat (University at Buffalo, New York State, USA) focusing on photonics and biology to impact on energy and health care, and Prof. Dr. Antonio H. Castro Neto (National University of Singapore and Boston University/USA), one of the leading theorists in the study of graphene. Confirmed speakers include also: Prof. Dr. Wilfried Vandervorst (IMEC, Leuven, Belgium), Prof. Dr. Andrei V. Kabashin (CNRS, Aix-Marseille University, France), Dr. Antonín Fejfar (Institute of Physics CAS, Prague, Czech Republic), Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Ernst (Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology, Dübendorf, Switzerland) and others.More on Invited Speakers is available at the NANOCON´18 webpage
