Food and Function 2009, the International Scientific Conference on Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods will be held between 9th - 11th June 2009 in the university city of Zilina, Slovakia. Further to the health effect of probiotics and prebiotics new developments in their selection, identification, production, application and delivery will be discussed. Topical subjects as safety, regulatory issues and claim substantiation will be also addressed by internationally renowned experts from industry and academia.
