The Law of “Information Conversion and Intelligence Creation”†
AbstractIntelligent information system, human information system in particular, should be able to successfully interact with its environment, via acquiring information concerning the problem in environment and solving the problem based on the information. The system should then possess such functions as information acquiring, transferring and processing, as well as information conversing to knowledge and intelligence for problem solving. All the functions have to be integrated into a process of “information conversion and intelligence creation”. What will be presented in the paper is the law that governs the entirety of the process. The methodology, model, concepts, theories and principles that all support the law will be explained in brief.
